White Chocolate Bark

This year, I decided I wanted to be different with my gifts. I had gifts that needed things inside e.g. food items that were Christmas related so I decided to make White Chocolate Bark.
I found a recipe a long time ago to make the bark with marshmallows.

Here is the recipe;

  • 300g white chocolate, melted  - I thought this wouldn't make enough and used 500g.
  • 100's and 1000's
  • Marshmallows (pink and white).

1. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
2. Melt the white chocolate either in the microwave for 30 seconds or over water.

3. Once melted, carefully pour the chocolate into your prepared baking tray in a rectangular shape (roughly 3-5mm thick).
4. Sprinkle generously with 100's and 1000's, then top with marshmallows.
5. Put it in the fridge to set for approximately 30 minutes.

6. I then cut up the chocolate bark into pieces  and bagged up appropriately.

I loved making Chocolate Bark. Do you have any more ideas of things I can make? Would love to try them out.
