Star Christmas Card
I took to Pinterest and found an idea that I loved! I studied it and asked some of my family for advice and went online to find the items I needed to recreate this idea. I just thought it was simple.
Here is my sample. I was given a snowflake punch but I felt this was too small. I spent a few weeks looking for the right star punch which was big enough to look effective. I found some that were just too small.
1. I started with white Card; A5 size from Hobbycraft.
I used the star punch on a piece of paper first to see where the star would go and how close it could be to the edge and the bottom etc.
2. I punched the star into the card.
3. I used the punch on silver paper to punch out a silver star.
4. I stuck the silver star onto the inside of the card to make it fit through the star punch on the white card.
5. I added red sparkly ribbon to the card by gluing to make it look like a decoration on string.
6. I added a red ribbon bow to the point of the top of the star, I used glue.
Here is the end result! I love them <3
Let me know what designs you have made or brought? Would love to see.
